I would like to write about how intermission horses have changed my life as a person who has been through childhood and workplace trauma. The therapy that I have experienced over the last six years was mediocre to say the least. I had to work a couple different jobs, use a lot of PTO and never had a vacation over 6 years due to [my trauma].
When I came to InterMission, it was just life-changing. I wish I would have known about InterMission a long time ago, and put money away in savings to come here, even though it wasn’t covered by insurance. Alternative therapy has been the best option for me. I would have saved so much time, money, [time off work], and stress.
